Crosstown Concourse

Formerly the Sears-Roebuck Distribution Center, the Crosstown Concourse in Memphis, TN has been under restoration since 2012. Architects Looney Ricks Kiss, and General Contractor Grinder Taber & Grinder, with the assistance of Pitman Glass Company, chose Quaker Windows & Doors‘ H600 windows to refurbish this beautiful old building into a vertical urban village combining retail and office spaces that will serve the Memphis area for years to come. The Crosstown Concourse is projected to be complete in 2017.
